**Role Purpose**

To offer strategic leadership, management and be accountable for the provision of the Service ensuring that it continually meets the expectations and requirements of the business. To ensure the Service is developed within budgets, ensuring agreed standardsof outputs are achieved and the service provided is responsive and of high quality.

To develop and implement strategies, policies and work practices to support an efficient and effective service that complies with corporate priorities, legal requirements and commercial aspirations. To report to Directors' Board, committee meetings etc.,as required, and implement decisions reached.

To represent and promote the client at local, regional and national level working with other bodies to identify and adopt innovation and best practice. To deputise for the Director/ Assistant Director as required. Be committed to the principles of agileworking and be available to work flexibly as and when required at any location to meet service needs. To undertake any other duties relevant to the grade.

- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team with credibility generating support and commitment from colleagues

- A Chartered Surveyor with MRICS/FRICS registration and a registered valuer with over 10 years relevant Commercial Property Experience.
