Having secured several £multi million projects, and with the view of acquiring more, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Area Build Manager, this role will assist in the build of new fibre networks, ensuring that the networks are built to time, specification and to industry relevant regulations. This role will be based across either Herefordshire/Shropshire/Cheshire area as our fibre networks roll out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with managing and administering the construction works in accordance with the contract
- Assisting with ensuring that the construction programme is maintained
- Checking compliance with the relevant Quality Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments
- Assisting with the management and control of all site operations including monitoring progress and taking appropriate action to avoid overrun
- Ensuring appropriate inspection and testing is carried out to verify compliance. Carrying out quality checks and reporting of any non-conformances
- Carrying out regular audit inspections and reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses
- Assist with monitoring the performance and operation of contractors. Ensure they are properly instructed in the safe execution of their work and programme requirements
- Assist with traffic management proposals, road space booking

You will need to have/be:

- Qualified to ONC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- CSCS (Supervisory) Card
- First Aid trained.
- NRSWA accreditation
- Good working knowledge of risk management
