**The Mortgage Broker Role**

You’ll be working as a HNW Mortgage Broker for one of the most renowned Mortgage Brokerages in London.

You’ll build strong relationships with Clients, Mortgage Lenders, and Introducers through your network, broadening your network through Biannual International Networking events and social media.

Receiving enquiries through the website, partners, and introducers, you will have plenty of leads to work with.

As a new Mortgage Broker, you’ll start with cases between 450k - 650k building up your understanding of the lenders you work with and progressing onto higher case values over time.
- Full compliance and administration support, including research, fact find and pre-sale.
- Plenty of quality leads provided
- HNW Mortgage Cases
- Progression to UHNW Mortgage
- Internal lending Matrix for assessing suitable lenders
- Mentor support throughout induction

**The Mortgage Broker Package**
- Hours: Standard office hours - Remote flexible working available
- Basic Salary: £30k+ Negotiable
- Commission: 4X Validation then 30%
- £1 million+ loans 20%
- Full Administration and compliance support

**The ideal Mortgage Broker**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Experience with HNW Mortgage cases and Private banks
- Have a passion for developing your Mortgage industry knowledge
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, Mortgage lenders and introducers
