This is a great opportunity for a confident, well-driven individual who is either already working in finance, has an interest in the mortgage market, or thrives on providing great customer service

**Key Points **Mortgage Broker**:

- 40% split of banked on leads provided & self gen.
- Provided with full office equipment
- Self Employed ONLY.
- Work for a highly respected Mortgage Brokerage
- All training will be provided
- Office Based
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) - NO WEEKENDS
- Great team environment & support
- Progression opportunities (team lead positions) for the right person - ability to be creative and build the team
- Working directly with the director daily

**Key Requirements **Mortgage Broker**:

- Dealing with inbound phone calls - no cold calling
- Going through company databases to identify potential leads / clients
- Helping to improve / create more efficient processes
- Keeping on top of a number of different case pipelines (i.e., following up after a time frame suitable for the clients’ needs / mortgage journey)
- Providing a professional and personable service to HNW clients
- Confidence
