**The **Mortgage Broker** Role**

You’ll be working as a HNW Mortgage Broker for one of the most renowned Mortgage Brokerages in London.

You’ll build strong relationships with Clients, Lenders, and Introducers through your network, broadening your network through Biannual International Networking events and social media.

Receiving enquiries through the website, partners, and introducers, you will have plenty of leads to work with.

As a new advisor, you’ll start with cases between 450k - 650k building up your understanding of the lenders you work with and progressing onto higher case values over time.

Your technical abilities will be challenged, but for those who are looking to step out of their comfort zones and are ready to think outside the box, this is the role for you.
- Full compliance and administration support, including research, fact find and pre-sale.
- Plenty of quality leads provided

**The **Mortgage Broker**Package**
- Hours: Standard office hours - Remote flexible working available
- Basic Salary: £30k+ Negotiable
- Commission teired up to 30%
- £1 million+ loans 20%
- Full Administration and compliance support

**The ideal Mortgage Broker**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Experience with HNW cases and Private banks
- Have a passion for developing your industry knowledge
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers
