If you decide this Probate Sales Negotiator is the role for you then you’ll be joining the UK’s largest group of property services, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that will give you the challenge and security needed in todays job market.

This role is all about customer service. It’s about being able to understand your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes and give them unrivalled support through property transactions.

As you’ll sometimes be working with bereaved families going through a significant financial and personal transaction, it’s vital you can demonstrate the compassion needed to work in a way in which suits them.

You’ll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format with various stakeholders but most of all, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust.

Well, for starters, you’ll be joining a Probate Sales Negotiator team with genuine pride and in what they do and a friendly atmosphere to help get the best out of everyone.

You’ll get dedicated training to upskill you both from a sales perspective and industry perspective.

Finally, you’ll earn a basic salary of £20,250 with the ability to earn commission on top of this. Genuine and realistic on target earnings are in the region of £28,000 - £30,000.

**We do need a couple of bits from you though**

It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is communication, and you’ll need to be able to communicate with the best of them You’ll be a great listener and confident problem solver.

Ideally you’ll have worked in a sales capacity and have an interest in the property industry, If you have worked in an agency, this would be a bonus but is by no means essential.

Finally, you’ll have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and be able to work out of our St Ives office in Cambridgeshire.
