As Supplier Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionisingthe way our client engages with suppliers and bring new innovative ideas to the table.
You are an energetic, inquisitive problem solver who can act without being told what to do. With the need for strategic thinking and the passion for transformation, you are looking to move into a Relationship Management role in an ambitious business that willgive you the opportunity to take full ownership of a key aspect of our strategic growth plan.
You are proactive, commercially switched on, able to identify new concepts and opportunities whilst building trusted and committed relationships. You are clear on objectives, driven by results and use your time and resources wisely to get stuff done.
- A can do, confident, friendly, solutions driven approach
- A successful track record in building lucrative commercial relationships
- 5+ years experience in a Sales or Commercial Management role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell business propositions and initiatives
- Experience in Account Management and objection handling
- A head for numbers and a desire for accuracy
- A high degree of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A natural curiosity and a willingness to teach and encourage
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge / understanding within domestic energy supply desirable
- Experience of working within a Platform business or similar desirable
- Practical experience in a complex supply chain or trading environment desirable
What's in it for you:
**Salary**: £45,000 per annum plus car allowance £6,500 per annum, bonus up to 20% of your salary
Holiday: 25 days holiday plus Public Holidays

Location: this role will be predominantly field based with the requirement to frequently attend our offices.
