**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a **Customer Operations Associate**, who is passionate about quality and automation, to come onboard and join our Customer Operations Team. You will report to the Customer Operations Supervisor and have an important role in creating an exceptional experience for all our customers. The role of the Customer Operations Associate is to deliver high quality customer support within our agreed SLAs.

The role will be based out of our London office and may involve occasional UK travel to customer sites or marketing events. In addition, the role will require successful working with the Customer Operations team and the wider Growth team, collaborating to ensure the business achieves its objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Delivery of customer support activities:

- Managing customer tickets through our customer support platform, ensuring tickets are responded to and resolved within business SLAs
- Liaising with customer engagements team to make sure requested changes are in line with overall objectives for a given customer
- Support customer engagements team to deliver system configuration setup and updates for individual projects
- Managing user registration and de-registration processes
- Working with sales teams to configure demo environments as required to support new sales
- Working with Growth Manager to support maintenance of demo environments across all customer sectors

Support for Sales, Account Management and other internal projects as required.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by our growing organisation and its overall business objectives.

**You’ll have**:

- Experience working in customer-facing roles, with a patient and polite approach
- Excellent attention to detail, and a desire to deliver high-quality outputs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and general technology literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to communicate clearly and confidently to customers, including those with no technical background
- Great interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism

**Nice to have**:

- Experience providing digital customer support for software companies
- Knowledge of the health and social care sector - in particular quality improvement
- Experience in training others on use of digital tools
