**About The Role**:
You will report into the Customer Marketing Manager and this role will support the delivery of high quality Scheme information to our 650,000 customers leasing a car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, scooter or powered wheelchair.

Responsibilities
- You will set up automated communications based on customer segments and lifecycle touch points.
- You will need to ensure customer communications and marketing campaigns are engaging, clear and adhere to brand style and tone of voice.
- You will need to respond to business updates to ensure effective communication for all our customers.
- You will create campaigns to increase the understanding of the Scheme, support customer satisfaction, renewals and advocacy levels.
- You will be working closely with Scheme partners, internal colleagues and stakeholders to produce, update or edit customer and prospect communications. You will also need to work closely with suppliers (agencies and platform providers) to deliver a range of communications on brand, on time and on budget.

You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working in a small but friendly team, happy to roll up your sleeves, offer opinions and ideas and get involved.

You are passionate about customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and you put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You have exceptional communication and copywriting skills and the ability to take complex messages, turning them into straightforward, engaging and accessible information. And you go the extra mile to deliver.

You enjoy working collaboratively with people at all levels from different areas of the business.

You are a highly organised individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and objectives

Minimum Criteria:

- Experience with analytics and reporting post campaign
- Creative thinking with a campaign mindset
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
- Comfortable with change, confident to own projects and get the job done
- Experience with managing external suppliers and agencies
- Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders
