**Outline of the Position**:
The Valuer will be responsible for carrying out valuations of properties for sale in accordance with associated regulations and requirements. A large part of the role will involve the administration of contracts and ensuring they are completed and signed by all relevant parties in line with company and industry policies and practices, and to manage appointments to ensure customer requirements are met and quality turnaround achieved. The role will involve matching out suitable applicants who meet the criteria of the vendor and carrying out viewings to secure a sale. The valuer will work with management to ensure fee levels and cross sales are achieved through maximizing income generation and ensuring business targets are met.

We’re looking for a highly motivated **RENT ADMINISTRATOR** to support our fantastic team in** CULVERHOUSE CROSS, CARDIFF**. As our **RENT ADMINISTRATOR** you will act as liaison between our tenants and landlords whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.

**Key responsibilities of a RENT ADMINISTRATOR**
- Monitor and chase tenants for rent by all methods ensuring Standing Orders are setup where possible and outstanding payments are collected by Online Payments.
- Ensure that Landlords are aware of any rent arrears and are pro-actively informed of progress.
- Manage with Landlord rent payment queries.
- Advise landlords on a suitable course of action when there is rent outstanding.
- Manage the claims process for Managed landlords under the Group Rent & Legal Protection Policy.
- Attend court if required.
- Liaise with Client Accounts as necessary to make adjustments to accounts, including highlighting and addressing issues with rent schedules.
- Manage complaints and communicate reoccurring problems to your line manager.
- Answer the telephone at the Lettings Support Centre and deal with general queries.
- Assist with cover in other departments where necessary.
- Any other duties that may be requested.

**Skills and experience required to be a successful RENT ADMINISTRATOR**
- Preferably experience in Finance or Accounts or as an **Administrator **in a similar role
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- **Resilient, positive, numerate** and **detail oriented**
- **Organised** and able to **prioritise** workload in a faced paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
