James Douglas Sales and Lettings, part of The Seraph Group is an Estate Agent with offices based in Cardiff, Pontypridd and Treforest. We are looking for a Full-Time Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer to join our Cardiff branch. The role would suit someone who has experience as a Letting Negotiator and is looking to take their next step up towards becoming a Valuer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- List properties available to let via our website and online portals
- Generate lettings leads and booking appointments.
- Carry out accompanied viewings at the property.
- Ensure thorough recording of clients’ details, requests and conversations.
- Upsell additional services and amenities including property management services.
- Liaise with investors to encourage the growth of their portfolios and introduce them to opportunities.
- To ensure all leads are followed through and completed to closure, ensuring an agreeable deal for all parties has been delivered.
- Reporting of Letting figures.
- EPC Registering.
- To Let Board Instructing.
- Property Valuations.
- Business Generation

A minimum of 1 year's experience in the industry is preferred but not essential and full training will be provided.

A full clean driving license is required.

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£26,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Letting Agency: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Rent Smart Wales Certificate (preferred)
