Macildowie HR are so delighted to be working once again with a Northamptonshire Food Manufacturing company who are looking for a HR Generalist to join them on an ongoing interim basis.

This SME Company are on the up Growing gradually and going from strength to strength following the battle of the last couple of years. They are a supportive, friendly bunch who pride themselves in having a professional outlook to manufacturing and ensuringtheir service and product are second to none.

Staff well-being is a huge part of their company values so this role does give you flexibility with hours to ensure you have the prefect work/life balance not only that but they have embraced agile working so there will be a conversation had with regardsto days needed in the office, the rest can be worked from home.

In return they are looking for someone who has a broad knowledge of HR, someone who is confident with ER case work, recruitment and who understands HR legislation inside out.
