**Work Pattern**:35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Reports to**:Senior Administrator

**Responsible for**:
Providing administration support to our nursery group, ensuring the highest levels of care and support is provided to our team, children, families, partners and stakeholders.

**Lullaby Lane Nurseries**:
Lullaby Lane Nurseries is an Attachment Led Nursery, based in the heart of Westerton and Milngavie, specialising in the care of children aged 0-5 years old, the most formative years of a child’s life. There is a wealth of research to indicate the environment a child is exposed to, in the very earliest of years, has an impact on how they develop cognitively, emotionally and socially, which they take with them through into adulthood.

**Role of the Junior Administrator**:

- Assist with day to day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and consumables inventory and reorder as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to staff, including photocopying, scanning and organising documents.
- Welcome all children, families and visitors to our nursery.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Confident at using computer packages, including but not limited to: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be a positive, friendly and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Have a passion of continually enhancing professional knowledge and practice
- Can demonstrate our values of Love, Courage, Curiosity and Integrity
