**About the Role**:
As Client Service Advisor you will have the responsibility of making life better for every customer by spotting what’s important to them and delivering it in a way that makes our customer think and feel ‘wow’.
You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience by providing excellent levels of service by building a rapport and listening to customers’ needs.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Single Point of contact for all service-related queries for your aligned account base.
- Point of escalation for aligned accounts for all service-related issues.
- Carry out regular service review meetings with your customers onsite or via telephone.
- Create, maintain and take ownership of Customer Service Improvement Plans.
- Create, analyse and present standard reports, resolve any associated issues and proactively identify trends taking appropriate measures to address underlying issues.
- Understand Customer SLAs and customer renewal and retention.
- Provide customers with up-to-date End of Life reports and carry out regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Manage customer equipment schedules to ensure all services are up-to-date and appropriate third-party contracts are in place.
- Manage service-related complaints for aligned customers.
- Maintain the accuracy of the Service Operational Manual.
- Identify opportunities to sell products and service to our customers.
- Take ownership of every customer interaction, taking personal responsibility to see it through to a resolution that leaves the customer feeling happy and confident that the service received was ‘exceptional’.
**Experience**:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience whilst achieving commercial targets
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Confident and determined approach
- Self-motivation and drive
- To be able to analyse and interpret data
- Exceptional telephone skills with good communication skills both verbal and written
- Friendly and approachable
