**Service Advisor
- Volvo**
Hours of work are 8am-6pm with Saturdays on a rota basis.
You will be the link between customers and the workshop and will manage their experience from beginning to end.
You will schedule services and repairs, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is accurate and timely.
**Role Requirements**
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle a pressurised environment.
- Previous experience within the Service Advisor role would be desirable.
- Basic level of mechanical awareness would be desirable.
- Ability to work independently, and also as part of a team.
- Passion for cars and technology.
- Organised with the ability to self-manage.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Motivated to forge a long term career with the Volvo brand.
- A full UK drivers licence.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
- Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Responding to customer requests.
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
