Our Banking and Payments division in **Segensworth **are looking for a **Customer Account & Change Co-ordinator **to join them.

You will develop close and confident relationships with our customers, which are both UK banks and digital payment companies, to satisfy their needs. Utilising your skills as a proactive communicator and relationship builder, you’ll co-ordinate and implement successful change into our live production environment whilst managing customer expectations and all the technicalities & capabilities that come with change requests and Thales services.

**What will you deliver?**
- Take total ownership of your customer accounts, from order entry to invoicing and upselling services where possible
- Implement customer change requests within the live production environment and planning with the relevant support teams to ensure success
- Liaise with Production & the New Product Implementation team to ensure customers are clear on the capabilities of our products & services
- Be clear on technical impacts within the change scope
- Work with peers within Customer Support to ensure they are provided the latest information in manufacturing and production techniques
- Coordinate and follow-up customer requests and claims
- Undertake effective root cause analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes
- Attend customer meetings and assist customers when reviewing the service provided by Thales.
- Responsible for record management

**Who are we looking for?**
- We are looking for someone with experience working in a customer support and coordination role
- Someone who has used ERP systems, Microsoft Office and Excel (training will be provided)
- Experience in change management coordination and a basic knowledge of contract management, export, sales and logistics
- Given the nature of the role you must be customer-oriented, organised, a team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
