This role is known internally as 'Professional Registration Engagement Co-ordinator’

**What you’ll be doing**

As the Engagement Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with the Professional Registration Engagement Managerin developing and delivering effective strategies and support frameworks to IET members actively seeking to become professionally registered in the shortto medium term (within 18 months).

You’ll be a highly organised, process driven individual who is confident communicating and dealing with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have a background in client management/customer services and be able to build effective relationships with colleaguesand clients alike.

This role benefits from Hybrid working, which for us means home working and attending the Stevenage office typically two times a week. This role will also have the opportunity to travel, occasionally visiting other companies to deliver guidance in person.

**A little more about the role**
- Maximise the engagement functionality outreach across Accredited Employer development schemes and other professional development activity aimed at supporting the development needs of Members planning to achieve professional registration
- Support the Professional Registration Manager in creating and delivering effective guidance material (Virtual delivery/Webinars) on the requirements of professional registration
- Manage and report on the readiness of the scheme members formal submissions
- Provide gap analysis reporting to each Accredited Employer scheme to enable them to address any highlighted areas of improvement in their training delivery
- Provide feedback to internal teams on the performance of applicants for registration from Professional Development mentored schemes
