My client, a leading private sector business is looking for an experienced HR Systems Implementation Lead, to join their team based in Northamptonshire. You will be responsible for leading and implementing a new Recruitment and On-boarding system and a newLearning Management System.

**Key responsibilities**:
In this role will work closely with IT to project manage the scoping, development, integration, and implementation of these new systems, ensuring that all business requirements are documented, mapped, and streamlined.
- Lead the implementation of a new Recruitment & On-boarding and Learning Management System.
- Consults with major stakeholders and incorporates their views into change initiatives.
- Build key relationships to support and drive key change objectives through HR and other business areas.
- Demonstrates the stature and gravitas to impact at the highest levels.
- Ensure consistency across the organisation.
- Inspires others to deliver exceptional customer value through their actions.

**What skills we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in HR Systems implementation project management, end to end.
- Strong organisational and planning skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships adapting to change, flexing style, and approach.
- Able to work under pressure to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrate flexibility in delivering project tasks.
- Expereince in Oracle or workday would be an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for process improvement.

This role would suit somebody who is a HR Systems Manager, HR Systems Implementation Manager, HR Projects Manager or something similar.
