Glasgow, United Kingdom RSM Full time

As one of the world’s largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions - we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.
**About the department**

RSM’s UK Talent Acquisition Team is experiencing significant investment and growth given its crucial part within the firm nationally; being responsible for the co-ordination, management, and strategic direction of the business’ people recruitment. We pride ourselves on ensuring the recruitment experience for all parties, such as partners / hiring managers, applicants and our external representatives, is efficient and of the highest quality. One of the teams’ key responsibilities is to recruit the right person into the right job. If you wish to sit at the heart of a collaborative and innovative organisation where you can make a positive impact daily, RSM’s UK Talent Acquisition Team is where you should be.

**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to support recruitment across the RSM business. Whilst not an entirely remote position, this role affords excellent hybrid working as well as flexible working.
The role will involve assisting our Talent Acquisition Lead and other members of the team with delivering a full recruitment service on a day-to-day basis to our Partners and Hiring Managers across the UK business. You will be an integral part of improving the service and decreasing recruitment costs. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Arranging interviews for the Talent Acquisition Lead, Partners and/or Hiring Managers.
- Dealing with in-house recruitment system and/or job board IT queries.
- Updating and maintaining the in-house recruitment system (ATS).
- Communicating with the team on interview bookings and any queries.
- Talking to external recruitment agencies and assisting with information delivery to and from RSM’s external representatives.
- Answering recruitment departmental calls and directing accordingly.
- Playing a key role in data quality and reporting, such as updating trackers and providing statistics for monthly reports.
- Supporting the improvement of recruitment processes.
- Ad-hoc projects such as the Preferred Supplier List review, referral scheme, exit interviews, salary reviews etc.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, undertaking multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines. You will work proactively, reactively and flexibly in order to support the team, using your own initiative and creativity. Prior experience within an administrative, logistics and/or recruitment role, with diary management responsibilities, is extremely beneficial. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages with an enthusiasm to learn new systems is necessary.

The following competencies are also very important:
- Confidence - being confident around people of all levels is important given the regular liaison with various individuals from Assistants to Partners, all of whom will value your opinion.
- Organisation - the ability to organise and prioritise is imperative as you will need to “juggle” tasks and shift priorities.
- Discretion - the ability to maintain confidentiality is important as you will be privy to information such as individuals’ personal details.
- Drive - having the drive to embrace and fulfil team and individual goals and visions is vital.

Diversity and Inclusion at RSM

At RSM, we want to create a strong sense of belonging so that people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures feel they can bring their true self to work. Our clients come from all walks of life. We aim to achieve that same diversity of background, experience and perspective in our own teams, so that we can genuinely understand our client’s needs. Diverse teams bring a broader range of ideas and insights to work. That’s why we’re working together to ensure our firm’s principles and processes support a firm culture that embraces difference and strengthens inclusion.

At RSM we work hard to create an environment where our people can make a difference - to themselves, their career, their teams, and to the success of our firm and clients. We support all our people to work flexibly, to manage their family and other responsibilities alongside their work commitments; we believe this is key to achieving an inspiring and fulfilling working environment.
