**Talent Acquisition Resourcer, Glasgow | Up to £20,000 + monthly bonus**

**The Opportunity**:
**What Should I Expect?**

Talent Acquisition support key stakeholders within Hays to recruit the talent needed for our business to achieve ambitious targets. Specific responsibilities may include:

- Supporting hiring managers and Directors, including managing business expectations.
- Maintaining attraction strategies via social media.
- Create and report success stories to attract talent.
- Support a continuous pipeline of talent within Hays.
- Scheduling of interviews and providing feedback to applicants.
- Maintain compliance with all internal policies and processes.
