**Role Title**:Director, Head of Talent Acquisition Propositions and Change

**Location**:Glasgow, Scotland

**What will you be doing**:
We have seen very significant shifts in the labour market in the last 12 months and to ensure that we can continue to meet the needs of the businesses we support Talent Acquisition needs to be actively looking at the trends, insights to ensure we can meet these needs. Understanding the best practices in the market within and outside the financial industry is key to move at pace, get insights and identify trends. Proposing, planning and delivering strategical and tactical solutions to prepare the function to deliver in the medium and long term and adopting a consulting approach to work definition and scope to support with the identification and prioritization of the TA agenda will be key aspects of the role.

Key Accountabilities
- Use data and market intelligence to build a coherent view of trend and potential future scenarios to share across TA and HR overall
- Build a view that is easy to understand and connect across TA subservices and gets the common trends as well as nuanced views across all entities
- Keep the flow of information across all subservices and well as getting relevant insights and information from them
- Plan and deliver TA for the future in strong alignment with Talent and Development
- Lead TA change projects including TA oriented ones as well as projects that are cross functional within and outside of HR
- Consolidate Project PIVOT view across TA working in close collaboration with the subservices and connected stakeholders in and outside of HR
- Work in close partnership with Talent and Development having in mind the larger Talent agenda and the connecting point across Human Resources.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Multi-year experience in Talent Acquisition, knowledge of end-to-end recruitment best practices, market conditions and risk and control environment
- Leadership of scale global teams, ideally both internal and external partner resource
- Understanding of the global landscape in TA, specific per geography nuances and key drivers of a successful TA function
- Commercial acumen and understanding of global contracts
- Experience across different industries can be a differential
