**The role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of effective recruitment strategies
- Assist in the building of our employer brand presence through engagement digitally and at industry events
- Work with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition processes
- Continually iterate our job descriptions to keep them fresh and up to date
- Work on improving key metrics including time to hire and acceptance rates.
- Engage and manage external recruitment agencies as required
- Participate in ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
**Must haves - Skills, behaviours and experience**
- Minimum of 3 years in-house and/or agency experience
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment talent acquisition process from outreach to offer & acceptance
- The ability to think outside the box to attract talent in a competitive market
- Experience of implementing and delivering recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of the tech industry and the roles within a growing tech business
- Great people and communication skills
**Nice to haves - Skills, behaviours and experience**
- Experience recruiting in to FinTech organisations
- Experience building employer brand in the market
