**Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Broker**:

- Guiding customers through the house buying process - dealing with cases from first time buyers, buy to let investors, new homes owners, refinancers and much more
- Being a point of contact for customers to advise, assist and explain the process at various stages to ensure the customer can make informed decisions
- Sourcing the best options for the clients from the whole of market and being able to explain why these options are appropriate.
- Dealing with lead sources, such as estate agents and building a relationship whilst growing the brand
- Attending mortgage surgeries at large corporates in London to offer financial advice and discuss options
- Work in a team of mortgage advisors that offers support, advice, and entertainment

**Skills required for this Mortgage Broker role**:

- Full CeMAP
- A minimum of 18 months experience as a mortgage adviser within an independent mortgage environment
- Must have CAS status
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player
- Great attention to detail
