The company are currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Client Qualifier / Trainee Mortgage Broker. This role provides the opportunity of natural progression into the role of a Mortgage Broker.

The successful applicant will join the team based within the firms Islington, London office, which is a short walk from Angel underground station.

Within this role you will be the first point of call for the firms often High Net Worth clients, taking the required, relevant mortgage based information to qualify each enquiry suitably. You will in turn assist the firms Mortgage Brokers by distributingthe qualified client leads/enquiries to the appropriate Brokers.

The types of mortgage cases will include; Residential, BTL, Bridging, Commercial & Development, Overseas, Expat and Foreign National Mortgages. Plus associated protection products.

Working hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only basis and are 9:00am to 17:30pm.

**Day to day responsibilities;**
- First point of call for the firms HNW clients.
- Taking the relevant information to qualify each mortgage enquiry
- Distributing all inbound enquiries to an appropriate Broker
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
- Ensuring that the company process is constantly followed by yourself and the Brokers
- Representing the company in a responsible manner at all times
- Keeping to FCA regulations at all times
- Monthly brainstorms with the Director’s

**Desired Experience;**

Some mortgage industry experience would be an advantage (preferably gained within the independent brokerage sector).
