**Overview**

My client, a growing independent firm of Financial Advisors established over the last 20 years, due to expansion is looking to strengthen their IFA Administration team. Working closely and supporting two established Financial Advisors, you will have theopportunity to join this happy vibrant team of people and enjoy being able to bring your positive ideas forward within a firm which invests in their people and also believes in delivering the highest standard to their clients and their ongoing needs.

**The role**

Acting as the dedicated support function to your Adviser you will be involved in all aspects of the IFA admin function from onboarding all clients, acting as first point of contact for all non-technical queries, arranging client meetings, providing supportingdocuments and files and typing up notes for review meetings, through to managing pipeline activity and providing progress reports and liaising with 3rd party providers

As this is a client focussed you will be required to demonstrate the following attributes-- A minimum of 2 c years in a similar IFA Admin/Adviser Admin support role
- Professional, polite individual who thrives and enjoys providing a 1st class service to Clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivational skills
- Great organisational skills
- Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous although not essential.
