Are you an experienced Senior IFA Administrator with Intelligent Office looking to take on a new challenge?

My client is a financial planning and investment firm based in central London providing advice to private clients and their families, charities, and small corporates with a strong belief in supporting these clients in achieving their financial objectivesand long-term aspirations. Supporting three directors with their operational and management aspects of the firm you will be required to additionally management the firms back-office system ( Intelligent Office). This is a new role and is crucial that the chosenperson has the interest and ability to make it their own.

Due to the nature of the role, the tasks will be varied and will include-- Management of the office environment including procurement, health and safety procedures, general administration, and filing.
- Supporting the Operations and Compliance Director to ensure the efficient and compliant use of the firm’s back-office system, Intelliflo Office; for example, data integrity, maintenance, and development of admin processes, and providing technical supportin relation to the system for other members of staff.
- Supporting the Finance Director with income reconciliation via Intelliflo Office and uploading of invoices etc to the company accounting system.
- Support with HR tasks including training of new joiners.
- Compiling Management Information reports
- Assisting the CEO and Directors with ad hoc company project work

The chosen person will be required to demonstrate experience of working with Intelligent Office ( a must) with a solid background gained within IFA Administration/Operations with experience of liaising with product/investment providers. As this is a high-profilerole you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional grammar and demonstrate excellent time management/communication skills. Ideally you will have evidence of exam success ( RO exams) although this is not an essential requirement.
