My client, an Independent Wealth Management firm based in London, multi award winning IFA, who require an experienced IFA Administrator due to expansion.

Showing their outstanding performances over the years they now looking add a new IFA Administrator to their lovely team. As an IFA Administrator, you will be Providing support to both the paraplanners and Adviser teams as well as the firm’s clients. Thiswill include Sending letter of authority, Preparation of client meeting pack including illustrations and liaising with product providers. You will have strong experience in the market across various areas of administration with focus on financial planning.

The suitable individual will have 1 year + IFA Administration experience alongside studying towards the Diploma in financial Planning. Intelligent Office would be advantageous but not essential. Full progression will be supported and excellent training/mentoringprovided.
