You'll be joining a marketing technology company that helps retailers unlock the full potential of Google Shopping ads. Their platform helps retailers to outrank competitors, increasing revenue and market share - in short, it gives them an "unfair advantage"on Google Shopping.

You'll be expected to spend the first 2 months working full time in their Leeds based office in order to be trained. After month 2, you'll be able to work 1 day from home, increasing to 2 days from home after month 3. Between £20,000 - £24,000 base + monthlybonuses and future progression opportunities.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the first touchpoint for clients and supporting the wider Customer Success Team, becoming a trusted advisor to many of the UK's most innovative retail businesses.

**Your day-to-day will consist of**:

- Running training sessions to educate the clients
- Analysing customer data sets to draw up performance reports
- Providing strategic recommendations
- Ensuring the client has a clear strategy to capture the full value from Google Shopping
- Creating excellent presentations
- Coordinating with the Marketing Team and supporting the Customer Success Team

**To flourish in this exciting role, you will need to be**:

- Data-driven, ambitious, and a highly personable individual.
- An outstanding communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, from C-Level to hands-on marketers or eCommerce specialists, to ensure prospects find you both engaging and credible.
- Confident with the ability to push back on clients when needed.
- You love making clients happy and go out of your way to do so.
- Organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Able to actively seek feedback on what is and isn't working, and proactively suggest initiatives that tackle pain points.
- Excited at the opportunity to learn about the growing eCommerce sector and become an expert in eCommerce marketing as the space develops.

**Bonus points of you have**:

- Experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Experience and confidence with managing, optimising and analysing Google Adwords and Google Shopping campaigns.
- PPC experience.
