Associate Director required by this leading, asset management and investment firm, specialising in the Asian/Far East renewable energy sector. The Associate Director will be supporting the Infrastructure Asset Management business, working closely with theHead of Valuations and Finance team. The Opportunity
The Associate Director will be supporting the Infrastructure Asset Management business, working closely with the Head of Valuations and Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become an expert in valuations, whilst developing your skills in assetmanagement.
The Associate Director role will serve as an organisational and analytical anchor for both the Valuations and Finance Group.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Assertive and self-motivated with a burning desire to succeed.
- Want to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Infrastructure and energy experience at an Investment Bank, Private Equity of Project Finance firm
- Deep understanding of financial project modelling.
- Ability to prepare, complete accurate financial models.
- Excellent written valuations, reports and presentations.
- Prepared to work with team members from across the globe, to coordinate recurring valuation projects, interacting with clients to prepare deliverables.
- Prepared to tracking capital markets, analyse changes and maintain propriety valuation databases.
- Preparation of marketing materials for board meetings and investor preparations.
- Provide support to the senior managerial staff within the Valuations and Opinions Group.
- Be able to quickly grasp concepts, systems and the business way of working.
- Exceptional understanding of the project finance documentation, transaction structuring and execution.
- Significant experience within financial modelling, with extensive analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and excel suites.
- Driven and results orientated
- Persistent, yet adaptable with an analytical mindset.
- Recognised professional designation in Finance.
- An understanding and ideally previous experience of working within the Asian energy and/or renewable energy markets.
- Be prepared to work in the UK and the Far East and be open to a permanent relocation to the Far East.
