Associate Director

A young, dynamic, Quantity Surveying practice are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join as an Associate Director and play a major role in the continued growth of this ambitious consultancy.
**The Associate Director's Role**
The successful Associate Director will be based at the London Victoria office 4 days a week where you will be the Director's number two and help manage a quantity surveying team of eight.
The successful Associate Director will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running - leading a core of talented, young quantity surveyors, liaising with clients, and delivering hotel and commercial projects.
Alongside the Director, you will become the front of the business and play a key role in growing the practice.
**The Associate Director**
- Experience of leading a quantity surveying team
- MRICS or similar is preferred
- Able to build rapport with clients
- A successful track record of delivering projects
- Client facing
- Excellent pre and post cost management experience
**In Return?**
- £80,000 - £90,000
- 25 days annual leave
- 4 days in the office, 1 from home
