**QUALITATIVE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR**

**UP TO £55,000, Pension, hybrid working, 25 days holiday**

**LONDON**

I'm working with one of the largest research consultancies in the world on an Associate Director position within their qualitative team. This role presents the opportunity to work with a range of clients on a variety of projects that aim to better the livesof others.

**THE ROLE**:
The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:

- Taking the lead on projects, overseeing them to progression whilst liaising with the team Director
- Line manages team members, overseeing their training and development
- Working one multiple projects at once
- Being the main point of contact for clients
- Preparing and presenting reports
- Liaise with wider teams in the business to meet company goals

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The ideal Associate Director will have:

- Background in social research
- Experience with qualitative methodologies
- Behavioral science background is an advantage but not a necessity
- Great communication skills
- Be a creative thinker, and the desire to develop themselves and the team further
