Streamline Services are currently recruiting for an admin for our client based in Tilbury.
This role will see you providing back-office support for the busy Commercial Team, a background in Administration and or data processing will be key for you to complete the below duties:
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviewing all costs incurred on the Project and production of analysis & reports
- Recording, checking, and tracking all incoming project documents and invoices.
- Collation of Record Sheets and production of analysis & reports
- Liaise with all levels of the Construction Team, such as Site Managers and Site Engineers
- Liaison with the Client on Commercial matters, including preparation and submission of supporting information
- Reaching set targets and working to deadlines
- Manual CVR Costings
- Organisation of the Commercial Teams Meetings & Schedules
- All other administration duties as required by Senior Management
- Daily management of spreadsheets in relation to edocs (scanned electronic documents), to check information
- Triage / report maintenance issues as needed
- Maintenance of good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous experience within Data Collation & processing, general administration, and invoice processing.
- Competent user of the complete MS office suite
- Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Hold a in GCSE’s English & Maths
- Knowledge and understanding of current business model
- Speed of input
