**Old Street is a residential service for individuals with severe learning disabilities, complex health needs, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), sight impairment, epilepsy and limited mobility.**

**Old Street is located near Fareham and is therefore close to the beach and within walking distance of local bus services so people can access community facilities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, libraries and colleges.**

**Location: Stubbington, Hampshire, PO14**

**Contract: Permanent full time and part time hours available**

**We have roles at Ruby House, Mays Lane and Stubbington Lane which are services in the Southampton area.**

**Your new job**: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independentliving and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Supporting individuals with activities such as Cinema, shopping, local pub lunches, dance, café for cake, Marwell zoo, beach walks, drives, foot spa, reflexology, sensory aids, 1-1 interaction, arts & crafts, Party’s, theatre, pantomimes etc..
