**Support Worker**

Location: Fareham

Pay: Day Support Worker - £10.45p/h - £21,736.00 pa

Night Support Worker - £11.05 p/h - £22,984.00 pa

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Drivers not essential but advantageous

**Requirements as a Support Worker in Fareham**
- To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of our residents
- Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with our residents
- Encourage the development of individual interests of our residents
- Supported living home supporting service users, all on a 1:1 ratio or 2:1 depending on their needs
- Service users have Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour

**What do we ask of you as a Support Worker?**
- Understanding and commitment to the role
- Participating in activities and ensuring we provide for the residents with a place they feel at home
- Be capable of working on your own initiative

Have good inter-personal skills and be a positive team player
- A desire to engage, motivate and encourage the residents in our homes
