**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- To assist the Operations Manager and site finders with land searches
- Log new enquiries on to the CRM
- Data handling and accurate data entry
- Data Analysis and understanding data to present to senior team members
- Updating and utlising spreadsheets
- Taking and fielding calls to relevant dept
- Using google maps and land registry tools to assist in searches
- Adhoc specific administrative duties as required

**YOU MUST HAVE **
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Some previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A professional but friendly approach to work
- Excellent IT skills, ideally knowledge of google maps
