The Office Administrator role is a part-time position supporting the Directors and Senior Management by providing, confidential, and professional support. You will also provide administrative support to the HR team and Quality Manager. The Office administratorwill be hybrid working 25 hours a week.

**THE JOB**
- To maintain and provide support to the Directors, including diary management, preparing meeting agendas and PowerPoint presentation material and producing minutes for internal and external meetings.
- To organise and co-ordinate complex travel arrangements/itineraries for the Directors and Senior Managers.
- To effectively plan and co-ordinate the travel and logistics for any UK and International exhibitions/conferences.
- To be collate Director’s Company credit cards and expense claims, submitting receipted returns to the Finance department in a timely manner.
- To produce and compile any ad hoc documentation/correspondence as requested by the Directors.
- To provide a confidential and efficient filing system for the Directors, in line with the Company’s Data Protection policies.
- To arrange any hospitality requirements and organise quarterly social events as requested.
- Coordination of new starter administration and company induction programmes.
- Benefits and rewards - administration of areas including Company Pension, Simplyhealth, Denplan, private healthcare, childcare vouchers, Cyclescheme. Monitor employee service awards due and organise gifts/certificates.
- Assist with Quality documentation administration. Ensuring Policy reviews and updates.
- Assist with Quality auditing - compliance audits and audit log maintenance.
- Administer Health & Safety requirements.
- Coordinate office facilities including office maintenance and supplies.

**THE IDEAL PERSON**
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Experience of booking travel, dealing directly with the travel/booking operators - flights and accommodation
- Experience producing company presentations
- Experience of organising/coordinating logistics around key events/conferences

**WHAT'S ON OFFER**

Permanent position
- Salary £21,000 pro rata plus 1K bonus based
- 25 hours a week
- Hybrid working
- Holidays: 23 days per annum, Jan - Dec, increases with service
- Parking
