Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Office Administrator working for a market leading structural steel company with a new office in York.
You’ll act at the first point of contact for the office, answering phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging travel and providing admin support.
You will ideally have previous administration experience within an office environment, strong IT skills and excellent communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and grow a long-term career, learning excellent skills and progressing within a thriving and innovative organisation.
As an Office Administrator you will:
- Support the Office Manager with any day-to-day admin
- Being the first point of contact on reception for anyone visiting / calling the York office
- Organise events and meetings, including the booking of buffets
- Support with national and international travel
This role has a salary of up to £26,500 depending on experience, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:15pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.
