Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Paid Media Executive to bolster our busy marketing activities. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and will take responsibility for our paid marketing strategy and its implementation.

This is a brand-new role where the trajectory is what you make it. Your expertise will be critical in reaching our business objective of doubling annual sales. If you are a Paid Media Executive that wants a client-side role that plays an important part in a thriving business whilst creating your own future opportunities, read on.

**Paid Media Executive Responsibilities**:

- Plan, write, and launch paid media campaigns that perform and drive results across Paid Search, Paid Social, and eventually Video.
- Manage paid media budgets against targets, ensuring budgets are fluid and delivering the maximum ROAS.
- Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing to ensure campaigns are running at their best efficiency for conversions.
- Report on campaign performance and make changes where necessary, monitoring competitor and market trends.
- Work closely with the creative team to promote best practice for creative across all paid media channels.

Whilst the primary focus is paid media, there will be some exposure to other elements of our digital marketing mix.

**Paid Media Executive Requirements**:

- A relevant professional qualification is preferable, but not essential.
- 2+ years’ paid media experience, client-side, or agency-side.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to analyse data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Flexible approach with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.

**Job type**:

- Full-time, permanent.

**Salary range**:

- Up to £30,000 salary plus bonus opportunity, depending on experience.
