We are delighted to be working with a brilliant Bristol-based digital marketing agency who are looking to recruit a Paid Media Executive to join their team. If you have experience in delivering paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Social Platforms then keep reading as this role could be your perfect next step

This agency has a range of clients across the automotive, travel and fitness sectors so every day would be different for you Your main responsibilities in this role would be developing the strategies for paid media and working to build and implement the campaigns. You should have prior experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social channels such as Meta and TikTok. Although you will work closely with the wider team, you should be able to work independently and make autonomous decisions on improving campaigns for your dedicated clients.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Bristol-based office. You will have the chance to work with some fantastic clients and be supported by a caring and sociable team.

**Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media across Google Ads and Social Ads
- Be confident in the strategy and delivery side of paid advertising
- Have the ability to make autonomous decisions and hit the ground running in a role
- Be a confident communicator with your wider team and clients
- Agency background is desirable but not essential

**Benefits**

This role offers a salary of up to £35k depending on experience. You will have the option to work from home 3 days a week with the other 2 days spent in the Bristol-based office with a sociable and supportive team.
