Paid Media Marketing Executive

The Marketing team are now looking to recruit a **Paid Media Marketing Executive** to take full ownership of the search and shopping ads, including Google and Bing ads. Currently this is handled externally, and they are now looking to bring an in-house expert to take the reins.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a **Paid Media Marketing Executive** to make a real impact in the business, due to these ads making up a significant proportion of their website revenue. The business has created a culture of sharing ideas and being open to trying new things, as a **Paid Media Marketing Executive** you will be encouraged to do the same.

**Paid Media Marketing Executive Responsibilities**:

- **Google and Bing Ads**: You will be taking over the Google and Bing ads from the current agency and ensuring this handover runs smoothly before taking full ownership for these ads. You have extensive experience managing search, shopping and display ads.
- **Budget Management**: You will be carefully balancing revenue with cost to maximise spend across the ads. Working with other members of the team to set targets for the website and planning how you can contribute to making that happen.
- **Forecasting**: They are always evolving and doing new things so we don't plan too far in advance, but you will help forecast revenue and cost targets for each quarter to help them achieve their revenue targets.
- **New Product Launches**: Each new product or collection has to have the best start and there is a dedicated product team to achieve this. You will work closely with this team to stay on top of new products coming in, researching the best ways to target customers and planning campaigns ready for launch.
- **Channel Growth**: You'll play an important part in growing the paid ads and therefore growing overall website revenue. To achieve this, you will be regularly reviewing performance, learning what does and does not work, making plans to improve and implementing and measuring those changes. You're keen to have an impact and always finding new ways to increase market share.
- **Marketplace Channels**: They use paid ads (or sponsored ads) on various marketplaces, each with varying levels of control on how you bid, target and adjust campaigns. Full support is on offer in learning these new channels and they're generally less complex than Google/Bing ads. These channels will initially include Amazon and Wayfair - both with huge opportunity for making improvements, cutting waste and growing revenue.

**About you**
- **Google and Binds Ads**: you have solid experience managing medium to large accounts with a proven track record of hitting revenue and ROAS targets.
- **Analytical**: you're regularly diving into the data and seeing what you can learn and try new things.
- **Organised**: you can effectively manage and prioritise your time across different ad platforms.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
