Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential investors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and business development strategies, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver exceptional results. You will be instrumental in building a pipeline of leads and scheduling meetings for our fund manager while maintaining strong relationships with prospects throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  1. Identify and research high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking events.
  2. Proactively generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  3. Leverage instant messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) to establish initial contact and foster connections.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting setup quotas.

Sales and Relationship Building:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their investment interests and aligning them with Oaktech's opportunities.
  2. Communicate the value of Oaktech Systems' services effectively to HNWIs.
  3. Consistently follow up with leads, ensuring they progress through the sales funnel.

Pipeline and Deal Management:

  1. Manage and track leads, pipelines, and deals in GoHighLevel CRM.
  2. Regularly update the CRM with detailed notes, progress updates, and next steps for each lead.
  3. Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates and meeting setups, and report progress to the team.

Collaboration and Strategy:

  1. Work closely with the fund manager to schedule and prepare for investor meetings.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that attract HNWIs.
  3. Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and investor behaviors.
  2. Take initiative in learning new tools, techniques, and strategies to improve sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience and Knowledge:

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably working with HNWIs.
  2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
  3. Strong understanding of sales strategies, relationship management, and lead generation techniques.
  4. Familiarity with investment products, private equity, or similar fields is a plus.

Skills:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft compelling emails and presentations.
  2. Adept at cold calling, objection handling, and building rapport quickly.
  3. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably GoHighLevel) and sales automation tools.
  4. Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for outreach and relationship building.
  5. Experience in the finance, wealth management, or related industries.
