About the Company

Our client is a boutique agency focused on recruiting into the Fire Safety market. They have quickly established themselves in this candidate-short growing market. On the back of strong performance, the business is looking to grow and bring on a new consultant to build out their own niche market. This role would suit high-caliber consultants who are drawn to smaller businesses which offer flexibility and high commission.

About the Role

Your responsibilities as a senior consultant will be to build out your own 360 desk focused on your market specialism. It would be highly advantageous if your specialism is in construction and property recruitment to benefit from cross-selling with the established business, but not essential.

The role is fully remote and offers flexible working patterns to accommodate individual needs. You will have regular contact and support from the MD of the firm but have ownership of the market you are building.

Pay range, compensation package and benefits
  • Basic salary £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
