About the Role
Your responsibilities as a practice leader of Legal recruitment
- Establish and build out a desk focussed on Legal Private Paractice
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
- Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
- Business development and existing client development
- Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and cutive searching.
- managing full 360 process
- in time build a team to focus on UK, Middle-East and US markets
Pay range, compensation package and benefits
They invisage Basic salary will likely be £45,000 - £75,000 for a strong consultant but flexible on package
