Through permanent and seasonal shops across official residencies, as well as a growing eCommerce platform, Royal Collection Trust's retail operations sell a wide range of giftware from limited edition porcelain and jewellery to postcards and souvenirs. All of the revenue from these sales is directly invested into the care and conservation of the Royal Collection.
As eCommerce Marketing Manager you'll help connect audiences around the world to our products and ensuring an exceptional online experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising an eCommerce Marketing Officer, you'll ensure high-quality work and performance.
- You will develop and execute content marketing strategies which drive traffic and support campaigns across our digital platforms.
- You'll oversee the production of digital assets including photography and video, collaborating with external agencies when required.
- You will be responsible for our retail social media presence, planning content and maintaining our online reputation across platforms.
- You'll oversee our email marketing strategies, focusing on content, segmentation, compliance, and performance analysis for ROI optimisation.
- You'll lead on digital advertising campaigns (such as pay per click and search marketing), collaborating with agencies to meet targets and budgets.
You'll be the driving force behind the team, using innovative ways to help us stand out from our competitors. And, in an environment that's constantly evolving, you'll make sure we're always ahead of the game.
Qualifications:
- With a wealth of experience in a digital marketing background, you'll have a track record of growing an online presence through your knowledge of digital marketing trends and tactics.
- A degree in a digital marketing field would be advantageous, however it's your strong passion for the field that we're really looking for.
- You'll be able to demonstrate proven success in managing content strategies, email marketing, pay per click campaigns, and online advertising to drive results.
- You'll have a creative flair for writing engaging content tailored to digital platforms, with an eye for detail and high-quality standards.
- You'll be a thinker with a knack for using data to uncover customer insights and improve performance.
- You'll be proactive and hands-on, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while supporting colleagues.
- You'll also be experienced in working well with others in cross-functional teams and building strong supplier relationships.
Above all, your proactivity and creative thinking will be an asset to the team, and you'll be keen to apply your expertise in new ways to develop our online retail success.
