Where will you be working?
MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
What will you be doing?
- You'll lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- You'll coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
- You'll monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- You'll drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- You'll ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- You'll conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimise workplace hazards.

- You'll have proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- You'll have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- You'll have excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
