Based in their Cambridge office, you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence.

About the Role:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll lead the design and coordination of electrical systems on a wide range of building services projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, life sciences, and data centres. You'll manage design delivery, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage electrical design from concept through to handover

Lead coordination with mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines

Attend and contribute to client and design team meetings

Prepare detailed designs, specifications, calculations, and schedules

Ensure compliance with UK regulations and project standards

Support and mentor junior team members

About You:

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Chartered or working towards CEng (IET or equivalent)

Significant experience in building services consultancy

Expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and data systems

Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, and Dialux/Relux

Strong communication and leadership skills
