You will play a key role in delivering projects across all stages, from feasibility through to planning, detailed design, and construction. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical expertise and broaden your experience while working alongside a team of skilled professionals.

Why Join?

Our client specializes in drainage, highways, and development infrastructure for residential, industrial, and commercial projects. With a strong project pipeline and a commitment to professional development, you'll be supported as you build your skills and take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with project management and the design of schemes across a range of clients.
  2. Develop drainage strategies, levels strategies, and earthwork appraisals.
  3. Prepare planning documents such as Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Technical Notes, and Utilities Statements.
  4. Support detailed design work and preparation of construction drawings.
  5. Assist in securing technical approvals for S104, S38, S278 agreements.
  6. Provide input into due diligence reviews to support land acquisitions.
  7. Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer with the following:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) and a desire to work towards professional accreditation.
  2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Technical knowledge of relevant documents such as SSG, Building Regulations, DMRB, and Ciria C753.
  4. Proficiency in MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow and AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Site3D would be a plus.
  5. Understanding of the pre-planning and planning stages, along with some experience in detailed design and technical approvals (S104, S38, S278).
  6. A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Benefits
  1. Competitive salary with annual reviews based on individual and company performance.
  2. 37.5-hour work week with flexible start and finish times.
  3. Paid overtime or time off in lieu for additional hours worked.
  4. Annual bonuses through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), typically paid at Christmas and mid-year.
  5. 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 26 after 2 years, plus statutory public holidays.
  6. Auto-enrolment pension scheme with 5% employer contributions.
  7. Professional subscription fees paid (e.g., ICE).
