Wild Oats is an award-winning, barista-style oat milk, and we are looking for a dedicated, results-driven National Account/Wholesale Manager to join our dynamic start up. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth within our wholesale network. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a focus on developing long-term partnerships. You will also leverage tools such as Salesforce to track progress and optimize client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at increasing sales within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Data Analysis & Market Insights: Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Client Communication & Support: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Account Management & Reporting: Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
  • Effectively use Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage account information, track interactions, and monitor sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Experience in national account management, wholesale, or similar roles, ideally within the food or beverage sector.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyse data, derive actionable insights, and implement strategies that drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels and communicate effectively internally.
  • Adaptability & Attention to Detail: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail and ensuring quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,893.00 - £45,000.00 per year (based on experience)
