This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision making through robust financial planning and analysis.The role has a strong FP&A focus, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and scenario planning across revenue streams and operating costs. You will also contribute to process improvements, systems development and the implementation of streamlined management reporting to enhance insight and drive efficiencies.While transactional finance and historical reporting are already covered by an established team, your role will concentrate on forward looking analysis, shaping the financial outlook of the business, supporting senior leadership and providing commercial challenges to drive sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis, presenting insights to account managers and senior leadership.Run the annual budget process, preparing models for new contracts and client proposals.Support ad hoc financial reviews, business cases and scenario modelling.Improve automation and management reporting to deliver sharper business insights.Partner with operational teams.Provide tax, statutory and compliance oversight in conjunction with group reporting.About You:Practice trained, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with preferably 2-5 years PQE.Recent FP&A and commercial finance experience within a complex, multi entity environment.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.Proactive, analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for driving performance and efficiency. xwwtmva This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys influencing decisions and delivering real value.
