You’ll work directly with customers, internal teams, and our AI agents.This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership from day oneWhat You’ll DoBuild and scale large influencer programmes across:Paid partnershipsAffiliate programmesWhitelisting / creator adsOwn influencer strategy end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, execution, optimisationWork directly with customers to understand their goals and translate them into high-performing influencer strategiesOperate and supervise AI agents that automate influencer discovery, outreach, and opsKnow when to delegate work to AI agents and when hands-on control is requiredCreate systems, playbooks, and processes that scale with the companyWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience building and scaling large influencer programmesDeep understanding of paid, affiliate, and whitelisting modelsStrong customer-facing skills - you enjoy speaking to customers and owning outcomesHigh ownership mentality and comfort operating with autonomyAI-native mindset: you understand how to work with AI tools and agentAmbition to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scalesWhy This Role Is Different xwwtmva This is a founding role - you’ll define how influencer marketing works hereDirect impact on product, customers, and company directionClear path to future leadership roles (e.g. Head of Influencer, Head of Ops, Chief Customer Officer)You’ll be building at the intersection of AI and creatorsCompensation & BenefitsMarket-leading salary (we’re looking for the top 1% and happy to pay for it)Generous equity packageCentral London office with onsite gymIn-office culture (5 days/week)Fast-growing, highly ambitious teamPlease apply here: NOT 'EASY APPLY'
